The Conservative Government is backing plans to close every ticket office in Yardley including Acocks Green, Tyseley, Stechford, Lea Hall, and nearby Spring Road & Small Heath.
This is unacceptable for the many vulnerable rail users who rely on a member of staff for help and cannot pay by app or card.
