
The University Hospitals Birmingham Critical Care Family Liason Team has been shortlisted for the Care and Compassion Award in this years Parliamentary NHS Award.
The team were nominated by Jess Phillips MP as part of the annual awards program in which MPs nominate local health teams in recognition of the incredible contribution they make each year.
Jess said: "It is always a pleasure to nominate our local healthcare providers for the annual NHS Parliamentary Awards, recognising the innovative and life changing work that is being done every day on our doorstep."

The team was set up at the beginning of the pandemic so that the families of those admitted to hospital could get regular information about their relatives' conditions when visits were halted to stop the spread of the virus.
